The above listed fees are good-faith estimates of fixed-fee prices charged by the Law Offices of John D. Gugliotta, P.E., Esq. LPA. These are estimated base-line fees and are subject to change based upon the complexity and scope of the requested legal services. These base-line fees to not include any required Government Filing Fees, as they may change from time to time. Current Utility Patent Maintenance Fees are due at 3-1/2, 7-1/2 & 11-1/2 years after issue of utility patent. Enforcement of any intellectual property is not included within these fees, nor is any appeal, divisional, or other after-final action that may be required. Keep in mind that payment of any fee is not a guarantee that any patent, copyright, or trademark will issue, and that only the State and Federal Government can issue such rights. These fees are merely for professional services to assist in obtaining such rights.
